Haley Stevenson-Wright
Health Psychologist
Haley grew up on the west coast of Auckland and is a registered Health Psychologist who began practicing in 2013, returning to New Zealand a few years ago after a period of living overseas. She has a passion for providing holistic support to help individuals navigate their life journey and the challenges that arise. Haley's manner is warm, empathetic, relaxed, and non-judgmental with a focus on creating a safe space for all those who walk through her door. Her therapeutic approach is strengths based,
firmly routed in self-compassion and trauma informed.
Haley's primary therapeutic modalities include Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, and Self-compassion therapy. She also utilises skills from additional therapies such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Meaning Centered and Somatic therapies.
